Meta-connected data
If you connected AdsVinci to Meta, you can request removal of Meta-connected access data by removing AdsVinci from your Meta account or by contacting us directly. When Meta sends AdsVinci an automated deletion request, our backend verifies the signed request, removes the matching Meta OAuth connection, and returns a confirmation code with a public status URL.
Manual request
Email support@reshapeapp.ai with the subject "AdsVinci data deletion request". Include the email address associated with your AdsVinci account and any relevant business or ad account context so we can locate the correct records.
What is deleted
We remove stored Meta OAuth access information and associated Meta connection settings. Business records that are not received from Meta, such as user-created campaigns, creative briefs, generated variants, and operational audit records, may be retained where needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or preserve legitimate business records.
