Who we are

AdsVinci is a SaaS platform for AI creative generation, campaign organization, analytics, and advertising insights. AdsVinci is owned and operated by Reshape Technologies Inc.

Information we collect

We may collect account information, business contact details, creative briefs, product descriptions, uploaded images, generated ad copy, generated creative assets, campaign organization details, support messages, and usage information needed to operate and improve AdsVinci.

Meta advertising integrations

When a user connects a Meta account, AdsVinci may access permitted Meta Platform Data such as ad accounts, pages, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and performance insights. We use this information only to provide the service requested by the user, including selecting where to create draft ads, transferring creative assets and copy into Meta, and showing advertising performance insights.

How we use information

We use information to operate AdsVinci, generate and organize creatives, prepare paused advertising drafts, show analytics, provide customer support, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve product reliability, and comply with legal, contractual, and platform requirements.

AI processing

AdsVinci uses AI systems to generate and refine advertising ideas, copy, and creative assets based on user-provided prompts and materials. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it in advertising or publishing workflows.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information or Meta Platform Data. We may share information with service providers that help us host the product, store data, process images, run AI features, provide analytics, or support customers. These providers are used only to deliver and maintain AdsVinci. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or services.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide AdsVinci, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and support security or audit requirements. Meta OAuth access information is removed when a user disconnects Meta, removes AdsVinci from Meta, or submits a valid deletion request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information handled by AdsVinci. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and protect data from unauthorized use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

User choices

Users can choose what content to upload, what Meta account to connect, and when to disconnect Meta access. Users may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with their AdsVinci account, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.

Data deletion

Users can request deletion of Meta-connected data by removing the AdsVinci app from Meta or by contacting us directly. See the data deletion page for details.
