Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AdsVinci, a SaaS platform for AI creative generation, campaign organization, advertising workflows, analytics, and insights. AdsVinci is owned and operated by Reshape Technologies Inc. By using AdsVinci, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use AdsVinci only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable advertising rules, platform policies, intellectual property laws, privacy laws, and these terms. You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Advertising accounts and integrations

If you connect a Meta or other advertising account, you confirm that you have permission to access and manage that account. AdsVinci uses connected account access only to provide requested product features, such as listing campaigns, preparing draft ads, transferring creative assets, and showing performance insights. You may disconnect integrations at any time.

User content

You retain ownership of content you upload or provide to AdsVinci, including briefs, images, copy, product information, and campaign materials. You grant AdsVinci the limited rights needed to host, process, display, generate, modify, and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the service.

AI-generated output

AdsVinci may generate ad copy, images, ideas, and recommendations using AI systems. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular campaign. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring that any content you use complies with laws, advertising standards, and platform policies.

Prohibited uses

You may not use AdsVinci to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, discriminatory, or abusive content. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, misuse connected platform data, reverse engineer the platform, or access systems or data that you are not authorized to access.

Platform data

Platform Data from Meta or other connected services must be used only as allowed by the relevant platform terms and only for the business purpose supported by AdsVinci. We do not sell Meta Platform Data. More information is available in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of AdsVinci from time to time. We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always be error-free.

Disclaimers and liability

AdsVinci is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reshape Technologies Inc disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or advertising performance outcomes.

Termination

You may stop using AdsVinci at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is a violation of these terms, misuse of the service, legal risk, security risk, or non-payment where a paid plan applies.
